last night was knit night

Last night was Knit Night.
I finished the left front of the Lang cardigan last night. I sewed the left shoulder seam as soon as I finished the front piece. I followed the pattern for the neck shaping and it looks bad. I think tonight I might rip out the neck and do it so that it looks good. There is just something about it that doesn’t look right. I started the right front piece last night before I went to bed. Today at lunch I knitted about 10 rows, so I’m still working on the ribbing of that piece. It took me five days to finish the left front, so I figure that’s how long it will take me to finish the right front.

I really want to finish the Jo Sharp “Rebecca” sweater this weekend! I think tomorrow afternoon when I go to hang out at the shop, I’ll take whatever I haven’t finished sewing with me, so that I can get it done this weekend.

I knitted about two rows on the Anny Blatt baby sweater. It’s going to take me a while to get a rhythm for the bottom part of the sweater, but it will be SO cute!
